This 4-week program will focus on jumping ability, reducing the risk of injury, change of direction, and first step quickness.

  1. Jump Training: Boost your vertical leap, enhancing your ability to grab rebounds, make precise shots, and dominate the paint.
  2. Injury Prevention: Reduce the risk of injuries commonly associated with high-intensity sports through targeted exercises and strategies for enhanced conditioning.
  3. Change of Direction: Develop lightning-fast lateral movement and improved agility to maneuver effortlessly past defenders.
  4. First Step Quickness: Gain an explosive first step offensively and defensively, enabling you to get by opponents or close down gaps with ease.

Who is eligible for this program?

Our basketball pre-season training is open to high school athletes of all skill levels who are dedicated to improving their performance and making the team.

Is this program suitable for high school athletes of all skill levels?

Absolutely! Whether you're aiming to make the varsity team or simply improve your skills, this program is designed for athletes of all levels.

How many athletes can participate in the program?

To ensure individual attention, we limit the program to the first few athletes.

Who will be coaching the program?

Coach James will work directly with all participants.

When does the 4-week program take place?

The program runs every Saturday in October at 9am.

What should I bring to the training sessions?

We recommend wearing appropriate sports attire (breathable clothes, proper footwear—close-toed sneakers, etc), and bringing a water bottle.
